Aéroports de Paris is a world leader in airport design, construction and operation, employing more than 9 000 employees. In 2014, Aéroports de Paris handled around 93 million passengers and 2.2 million metric tonnes of freight and mail at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, and more than 41 million passengers in airports abroad. Aéroports de Paris owns and operates three major airports in the Paris region (Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget), 10 general aviation airfields and the heliport of Issy-les-Moulineaux. The operations of the Group are divided into five segments: aeronautical activities, shops and services, real estate, airport investment and other activities.

The port of entry for France, a premier global tourist destination, Aéroports de Paris is an essential connection point for international air transport. Thanks to its geographical location, first class infrastructure and competitiveness, Aéroports de Paris is ideally positioned to take full advantage of the expected growth in global air traffic in the medium and long term.

Its growth strategy is based on strengthening its airport terminal facilities, enriching its service offerings and in the longer term, the exploitation of its real estate potential.

To achieve its medium-term ambition to be the leading group in airport design, construction and operation, Aéroports de Paris reformulated its 2011-2015 major strategic guidelines in 2013 and refocused them around six concepts:

1. Improve the quality of service given to Group customers

2. Improve employee satisfaction

3. Strengthen the operational robustness of airports

4. Improve economic performance

5. Become the European referent for Corporate Social Responsibility

6. Seize opportunities for international development
