Imagine a comprehensive, innovative solution that could be implemented in Kiabi stores by 2025! Your solution will need to consider the current customer experience and be based around a tailored, personalised concept suited to the favourite family fashion brand.

Remember – your concept will need to meet all aspects of customer needs and expectations.

Remember – your concept will need to meet all aspects of customer needs and expectations.

You'll need to consider the values, culture and image of Kiabi. You'll also need to identify the brand's customer base.

Who are its customers? How do they behave? What are they looking for?
You'll need to target their requirements as objectively as possible. If you want to propose the best solution, you'll need to consult both customers and your family and friends.

Your solution must be achievable in 2025.

You may wish to incorporate digital technologies (in fact, we recommend it), but don't get bogged down in complex technical detail. You need to remain focused on the needs of your target audience, i.e. the customer.

Although innovation is welcome, you'll also need to consider technical and financial objectives. Prove to Kiabi's managers that your solution is genuinely feasible within the time frame provided.

The managers will be assessing your observation and adaptation skills, as well as your ability to innovate.
