Your team must be composed of 2 or 3 members, students or young alumni (2014).
Multidisciplinary teams will be more likely to bring out the more relevant ideas: innovation usually results from a combination of skills and talents.
The Syntec Management Consulting Challenge is divided in 3 steps:
1st Step: Pre-selections
A first proposal will help the jury to preselect the 30 teams who proposed the most efficient projects. You will be asked for this first step to download a pre-selection file that details your ideas and describes your team. All files must be written in English or in French.
This document must be uploaded on the platform before the 16th of November 2014.
2nd Step: Deepening and mentoring
Teams, who were preselected by a panel of professional consultants coming from several agencies but also by different qualified managers, will have to deliver a complete detailed project. This document written in French or in English includes:
A one PDF page executive summary.
A detailed document showing all the concrete recommendations of your project. The format is free: PowerPoint document (20 slides maximum), a word document (6 pages maximum), a video demo (5 minutes maximum), drawings, diagram, animation...
This document (written in English or in French only) must be uploaded on the platform before the 11th of January 2015.
During this step, a mentor from a consultancy agency will be associated on the plateform to your team. Make the most of it and deepen your thoughts at his side!
The jury of professionals will select 4 teams for the final.
A fifth team will be selected thanks to the "vote of the public" on their executive summary uploaded on the platform with Studyka "likes".
3ème étape : Final

3) Precision and relevance of the recommendations
4) Advantages for the stakeholders
We remind you that your goal is not to create a list of ideas, concepts or existing projects but to find innovative, targeted and deepen recommendations. Share with us your vision, the changes it implies and the means to use to make it efficient.
We advise you to stay focus on one or two main ideas. Bring out of it the most relevant and original thoughts.
To do so, your deliverables should follow the following points:
Which diagnosis caused your proposal? Which goals do you aim through your proposal?
Which solution(s) do you propose to solve the problem?
Be as precise as possible, especially by detailing the means and the conditions of application of your project.
Format : we advise you to use any format that could be relevant for your project (PowerPoint, video, map, 3D model, Prezi…)
Which results do you expect? When will they happen? Which indicators could measure the real impact of your recommendations?
