FINAL CHALLENGE GROUP SEB ACADEMY 2015 - 2016


The Groupe SEB Academy 2015-2016 challenge finale took place on Thursday 17 March and Friday 18 March at the group’s headquarters in Écully.

Nearly 20 teams had the chance to present their projects to all of the group’s employees in a marketplace-style event. Offering plenty of things to discover as well as tastings and even experiments, the teams showed off their imagination to win over the jury members!

The participants also had the opportunity to meet Harry Touret, Director of Human Resources at Groupe SEB, during the announcement of the results.

Five teams were selected at that time to participate in a creative immersion experience at the SebLab and to prototype their project for the event finale.

 FAST FREEZING

The Fast Freezing team: Quentin Gilli (ENSAM), Florian Celliere (ENSAM), and Grégory Durand (Sustainable Design School).

The Fast Freezing team is presenting the Fast Freezer, the new household appliance that produces an intensely cold environment, offering you novel culinary experiences.

 BUDDIES

The Buddies team: Agnès Laurianne (ESDES Management School), Agathe Joubert (ESDES Management School), and Aurélie Fon (ESDES Management School).

The Buddies team is presenting an appliance for preparing gourmet meals for pets weighing under 10 kg.

 #JECUISINE

The #jecuisine team: Delphine Macé (ESGC&F), Aline Dupont (ESGC&F), and Alexandre Pichot (ESGC&F). 

The #jecuisine team created Dom-e, the smart and connected vacuum packer.

 JAMBON CREW

The Jambon Crew: Adrien Rycerc (INSA) and Paul Bachelier (INSA).

The Jambon Crew created Plugin’Space, the object that reimagines the space and tools in your kitchen.

 COOKING REVOLUTION

The Cooking Revolution team: Solène de Chérisey (École Centrale Paris), Constance Gabai (École Centrale Paris), Margaux Jallard (École Centrale Paris), Virginie Bernard (École Centrale Paris), and Alexandre André (École Centrale Paris).

Cooking Revolution is presenting Cookinsect, a completely new insect-related texture and flavour experience.
